About the Role:
Davies Stewart are partnering with a well-known building and construction company to recruit for multiple Project Manager positions. As a Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Construction Manager and be responsible for strategically managing and delivering assigned projects from contract award through to execution and close-out on time and within budget, while aligning company outcomes and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Take ultimate responsibility for planning, organising, and directing the completion of projects within defined timeframes, budgets, and scopes.
Build effective communication and positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Develop effective project plans, including cost and schedule estimations where required.
Undertake thorough risk analysis and develop comprehensive project planning documentation.
Manage commercial processes effectively, including cost control, project reporting, procurement, and contract administration.
Ensure strict compliance with customer and company safety, quality, and business processes.
Maintain compliance with contract terms and conditions in alignment with Company policies and procedures.
Provide timely and accurate project reporting to keep stakeholders informed.
Engage in early involvement during the design and cost development phases, collaborating with our Estimating team and Customer partners.
Contribute to the Construction Manager/General Manager portfolio's strategic direction and growth.
Skills & Experience:
Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of five years of experience in a Project Manager role.
Proven record of successfully delivering projects in the Commercial sector.
Previous experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator for a Head Contractor or Managing Contractor.
Proven industry experience on $5-30m+ brownfield or greenfield building projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
Experience in change management, design management, and the ability to develop or enhance designs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Project and other MS Office Suite programs.
Willingness to travel to our regional construction sites as required.
Construction White Card and current Driver's license.
Must possess a National Police Clearance (NPC).
Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance (DCAC).
