As Client Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for clients by coordinating the information flow between clients and the production team, managing workflow tasks, and supporting the business with a range of administrative duties.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Client Services

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients
  • Maintain client information in workflow systems
  • Manage administration tasks related to tax returns and ATO correspondence
  • Handle ABN and ASIC administration
  • Conduct debtor follow-up activities
  • Collate and prepare financial and other reports for client distribution

Workflow Coordination

  • Facilitate work delivery to the production team in line with the production plan
  • Review and check source documents; liaise with clients for missing information
  • Prepare and hand over documents to the Fulfilment team
  • Complete end-of-job processes and prepare invoicing

Support Services

  • Work collaboratively with the Support Services team and provide assistance across the business as required

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Knowledge of professional office environments and workflow systems
  • Familiarity with ATO and ASIC processes
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Confident and professional communication style
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications

Desirable

  • Experience using accounting and workflow management programs
  • Creative and practical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to show initiative and support continuous improvement
  • High emotional intelligence and a team-focused mindset
  • Confidence in developing strong relationships with clients and internal teams
