Our Programs deliver one on one career coaching and support that can be tailored for individuals or to meet large scale corporate change.​


Outplacement services provide real direction and support by enabling employees to focus on a clear career plan and providing linkages to resources in the job market. Providing these types of services can have an ongoing impact on company staff morale, motivation and productivity during times of change. Outplacement program outcomes are aimed at increasing job seeking skill levels, application and interview presentation, building confidence and targeted career transitioning.

Our Programs

Our programs are delivered by NLP Certified Practitioners in one on one coaching sessions and focus on participants feeling confident and capable of taking their job application and interview performance to the next level. We offer 2 targeted programs

  • Fundamentals: The participant will develop a well-rounded resume, develop a work history commentary, build interview skills and receive clear advice on the job market. Assistance building a professional online profile and job search support is available. This program provides a total of 3 hours support, accessed through appointments within a one month timeframe.
  • Intensive: A more in-depth service, typically for senior staff where more complex resume, interview coaching and career guidance are required. Participants will build a professionally prepared resume, be supported to develop targeted job applications, develop a work history commentary that can be conveyed to prospective employers, interview coaching, career guidance, assistance building an online profile and access to our corporate networks and job search techniques (a behavioural profile is available). This program provides a total of 6 hours support, accessed through appointments within a one month timeframe
