About the Role
Exciting times at Davies Stewart, we are currently experiencing a period of growth due to the demand in the industry. Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with an extensive recruitment background who can assist our team with recruitment of both commercial and senior roles? This will be a full-time role, Monday to Friday with the balance of your week working from your home office and our office located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. You must be able to handle a busy and fast-paced environment and have strong end to end recruitment experience along with a high level of administrative skills.
End to end recruitment of commercial and senior roles both temporary and permanent
Screening and shortlisting candidates
Taking extensive job briefs
Client face to face liaison
Award interpretation and quoting charge rates
Formatting candidate resumes
General administrative duties
Skills and experience
Demonstrated experience managing high volume recruitment
Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes
Have a sense of urgency and able to manage your own workload
Manage existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities
Able to work in a result's driven environment
Self-motivated and ability to hit the ground running
Strong administrative skills
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
Thorough attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent computer skills and able to format documents
