About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant, to provide high level administrative support and assistance to Senior Management.

Prepare confidential documents.
Provide secretarial support to meetings, providing minutes and actions arising.
Develop appropriate systems, procedures and controls.
Organise and manage the daily appointments and schedules.
Maintain confidential files, documents, reports and correspondence for ease of retrieval.
Monitoring incoming phone and mail.
Arrange and schedule travel requirements - interstate and international.
Prepare and coordinate seminars, workshops, function and staff meetings as required.
Regularly interact with a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external
All other related administrative tasks as directed.
Skills and Experience
Must have executive administrative experience.
Experience in organising events and general administration duties.
Previous experience working within a busy professional company.
Proficient in MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
Be trustworthy and act with the utmost discretion.
Must have the ability to plan, organise and multi-task.
Ability to set priorities and achieve deadlines.
Current driver's licence
