About the role
As the Sales Support Officer you will provide support to the group operations team and provide outstanding customer service to clients. You must be a team player, have great communication skills and enjoy a busy and varied role. Previous experience in administration within manufacturing or packaging advantageous.
Sales support administration
Customer service internally and externally with key stakeholders
Liaising with clients regarding deliveries
Skills and Experience
Experience working in a sales support role in a fast paced environment, preferably in manufacturing, logistics or packaging
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Possess a can-do attitude and use your initiative
Proven experience in invoicing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage your own workload
Are highly resilient and adaptable to change
Satisfactory Criminal History Check
