Your key responsibilities will be business growth by developing key client relationships and identifying new business prospects. In addition you will report on trends and performance to the Managing Directors.

Duties
Pro-actively identify and target new sales prospects.
Build and maintain client relationships
Manage pipeline of work and ensure services are delivered, meeting clients expectations.
Promote the organisation and products.
Develop business plans to manage organisational sales, revenue and expense controls.
Action customer enquiries by email, phone or in person
Work with Operations for delivery of clients requirements.
Resolve client and customer problems by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
Manage social media platforms.
Analysis market trends and competitor analysis.
Oversee sales staff activities and performance.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated sales or business development experience within a similar industry highly regarded.
Strong understanding of marketing and branding.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Current drivers licence.
Flexible adaptable to changing circumstances.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite
Have the ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative, drive, flexibility and determination to achieve goals and targets.
