Are you looking for something new to begin the New Year with? Our client is seeking an experienced receptionist/administrative support person to assist their team in the travel and tourism industry. You will be the first point of contact for the business in a customer facing role. This role will be full time hours and there may be an opportunity for permanency for the right person!
Duties include but are not limited to:
•Switchboard operation and customer enquiries
•Customer service
•Supporting staff from various parts of the business
•Mail preparation
•General administrative duties
Skills & Experience:
•Proven experience in a similar role
•A pleasant welcoming phone manner
•Comfortable being front of house
•Excellent customer service skills
•A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
•Sound computer skills
