Duties & Responsibilities:
Greeting clients
Managing interface (phone) with clients and other third parties
Mail collection (and get papers from newsagent) daily (am) & delivery mail daily to Post Office (pm)
Shopping as required for office supplies
Collating client financials & returns as required, including typing / word processing
Filing & photocopying
Archiving
Secretarial support services to partners as required
All other admin tasks as required
Skills & Experience:
Recent experience within a similar position
Experience within an accounting environment is desirable
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask
Discretion when dealing with confidential matters
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
