About the role
The perfect opportunity exists for an energetic, highly motivated go-getter, with a dedicated work ethic who is looking to cement their career. Initially the role will be 6 months with a genuine opportunity to become a permanent team member. You will be the first point of contact whilst managing the front desk. This opportunity will launch you into a career pathway for the future.
Manage inbound and outbound calls
Meet and greet, clients and visitors
Liaise with and support the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
Prepare client presentation packs
Coordination of mail, incoming and outgoing couriers
Provide support and assistance to business units as necessary
General administration duties as directed
