About the role

The Procurement Officer will provide daily management of the company’s vehicle fleet and purchasing supplies whilst liaising with key stakeholders.  


  • Maintain vehicle data
  • Day to day management of the vehicle fleet
  • Lodging online accident claims
  • Follow up and liaison with crash repairers and fleet management company
  • Stationary orders
  • Action repair and service requests
  • Maintain the procurement FAQ’s
  • General assistance with procurement tasks

Skills and experience

  • Proven recent experience in Procurement
  • Hold a current DHS – Disability clearance or DCSI – Child related prior to 1/7/19
  • Hold a current National Police Clearance  
  • Have a Driver’s Licence and you own vehicle
  • Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Excel & Word
