Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborative Development:
- Work closely with General Managers and Managers to identify areas of opportunity for improving organisational performance.
- Coordinate and maintain the organisation's Performance Development Review process, ensuring alignment with goals, expectations, and service levels.
- Provide support and training to staff members on Organisational Development and Performance.
Strategic Planning:
- Strengthen performance processes, goal setting, and development planning.
- Coordinate communication plans and marketing campaigns to promote learning and development activities.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for organisational capability, development, culture, and continuous improvement.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate organisation-wide staff training and development programs.
- Link outcomes of the Performance Development Review to training needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with learning and development providers.
Continuous Improvement:
- Coordinate systems to improve staff and organisational performance.
- Maintain the Continuous Improvement Framework in line with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with leaders to establish performance metrics and benchmarks.
Operational Efficiency:
- Focus on capability development, training programs, and skill assessments.
- Enhance organisational culture, promoting inclusivity, innovation, and engagement.
- Identify and coordinate leadership development programs.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or Generalist Human Resources.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Change Management, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
- Post-graduate qualifications highly desirable.
- Accreditation in coaching and culture tools, such as Human Synergistics and DISC desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High computer literacy.
