Seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join a highly regarded Specialist Health service provider.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting of patients
  • Answering and directing phone queries   
  • Preparation of all patient paperwork
  • Appointment bookings
  • Process payments
  • Prepare and balance daily banking as directed by the Site Manager
  • Monitor stationery and surgical supply levels
  • Any other duties as directed by the Site Manager​​


Skills & Experience: 

  • Applicants must have extensive knowledge of Genie Medical Software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Dedication to maintaining the confidentiality of all patient records
