We require an experienced Internal Recruitment Officer to assist our busy client with their workload. You can start immediately and the assignment will be for 2-3 months. 


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • High volume end to end recruitment
  • Taking job briefs and liaising with management and internal stakeholders
  • Sourcing candidates through a talent pool
  • Shortlisting and phone screening candidates
  • Face to face interviewing
  • Reference checking
  • On-boarding new employees
  • Conducting right to work checks
  • Following up clearances, licences & qualifications 
     

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or internal Recruiter
  • Hold a current DCSI - Child Related Employment Clearance 
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and in stressful situations
  • Have a sense or urgency and able to manage your own workload
  • Flexible and a strong team player
