Job Description

The HR Advisor will deliver efficient, effective and consistent HR information, advice and administration support. You will assist in the achievement of business objectives and initiatives.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Facilitation and evaluation of all human resource policies, practices and guidelines
  • Provide advice to management regarding HR, employee/industrial relations, development and performance issues
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection activities both locally and internationally
  • Coordinate and facilitate induction and on-boarding processes
  • Support the remuneration and benefits programs
  • Provide project support to HR projects
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on HR policies and procedures
  • Support the organisation and continuous improvement of HR processes
Skills & Experience: 
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • A certification in HR Management
  • A knowledge of HR processes and general HR policy and procedures
  • Able to build rapport quickly and easily
  • A high level of professionalism
  • High attention to detail and a sense of urgency​
