In this vital role, you'll work across a diverse range of finance functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, and financial reconciliations. Your commitment to accuracy and high-quality service will help ensure their finance operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Supporting payroll administration, ensuring timely and correct payments
• Performing financial reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of finance functions
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the Corporate Services team to support broader organisational goals
• Upholding a high standard of service with a strong attention to detail
• Contribute to a positive, values-led team culture


What you'll bring:

• Experience in a finance or accounting role (preferably in a similar not-for-profit or community-focused organisation)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
• A proactive mindset and a passion for supporting meaningful work
