About the role

Our client requires the assistance of experienced Executive Assistants to support a busy project role. The role will be based in well-known location just outside Adelaide’s CBD.


  • Diary management
  • Prepare and proof read key documents
  • Coordinate meetings, events and functions
  • Provide communication and reporting to internal staff
  • Incoming/outgoing email and mail management
  • Prepare agendas and taking minutes for subcommittees and board meetings
  • Assist with the preparation of papers, distribute materials and correspondence


Skills and experience

  • High level of organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office – Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Able to manage a high workload
  • Time management skills and able to multi task
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly advanced typing skills, speed and accuracy
