Two positions available:
- 12 month Maternity Leave Contract
- 12 month Contract with the potential to extend
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries from existing members in a positive and professional manner
- Completing detailed file notes of all discussions with members
- Maintain membership records and data base
- Respond to/deal with all issues associated with the annual renewal of membership/ insurance, including assisting with documentation
- Providing support and assistance with any membership/insurance issues and provide back up to other staff within the Client Services Department
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience (preferably in a call centre environment)
- Demonstrates a professional telephone technique and manner
- Accurate word processing and data entry skills
- Ability to solve problems using logic and reasoning
- Demonstrated capacity to manage work priorities, meet deadlines and follow instructions
- Displays a positive personal and corporate image
- Experience working in the general insurance industry is highly desirable
- Hold and maintain Tier 2 education level as per ASIC PS 146 Licensing: Training of financial product advisors. If the successful candidate does not hold a Tier 2 level qualification, MIGA will assist them in obtaining the qualification
