About the Role:
Exciting growth is underway at Davies Stewart as we respond to increased industry demand. We're seeking an experienced Client Liaison Manager – Recruitment and Talent with a solid recruitment background to support our team in sourcing and placing top talent across commercial and senior roles.
If you excel in a busy, fast-paced environment and possess strong account management, end-to-end recruitment expertise alongside exceptional administrative skills, this role is your opportunity to make a significant impact during this exciting chapter of growth.
Duties:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both temporary and permanent commercial and senior roles
Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, and interviewing to identify top talent
Take comprehensive job briefs to understand client needs thoroughly
Liaise with clients face-to-face during meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Oversee timesheet management and ensure timely processing
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for candidates
Interpret awards and agreements to provide accurate quoting of charge rates
Format professional and compelling candidate resumes tailored to client requirements
Perform detailed reference checks to verify candidate suitability
Conduct site inspections to ensure safe and compliant work environments
Maintain and update the candidate and client database with accurate, timely information
Handle general administrative tasks to support seamless operations
Skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience managing high volume recruitment
Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes
Have a sense of urgency and able to manage your own workload
Manage existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities
Able to work in a result's driven environment
Self-motivated and ability to hit the ground running
Strong administrative skills
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
Thorough attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent computer skills and able to format documents
