Our client is an Adelaide based, family owned and operated business that has been leading the industry for almost 40 years.

We are looking for an office all-rounder with a friendly and vibrant personality to join their team. You will be required to work full time from Tuesday to Saturday. Working in a team environment and reporting to the store manager; you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and administrative duties. 


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
  • End of month accounts
  • General data entry in relation to preparing quotes and invoices
  • Office Management and storage unit maintenance
  • Achieve growth through effective sales techniques
  • Running general errands as required


Skills & Experience

  • Immaculate and professional presentation
  • Strong Interpersonal skills & communication skills 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. 
  • Inbound sales experience with upselling
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain rapport with external contractors and stakeholders
