About the role

As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a Settlement Support Officer to join their team to assist with day to day, high level administrative support to their administration and sales teams. The ideal candidate must have very high attention to detail and accuracy, and be able to manage a range of documentation.


Duties

  • Construct and maintain master lease agreements, obtain and renew existing credit facilities with the financier
  • Preparation of subsequent operating leases and processing their acceptance
  • Submit applications to the financier for individual applicants and follow up as required
  • Preparation of subsequent novated financial leases and maintenance agreements
  • Email tax invoices and direct debit notifications for new deals
  • Lodging and removing PPSR as required
  • Provide authorisations for service and maintenance calls
  • Decipher financial statements
  • Lodge settlement packs
  • Assist the admin team with urgent tasks in their absence
  • Report all complaints (internal and external)

 

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in a high-level admin support role
  • Experience using XERO would be highly advantageous
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A strong team player and able to work autonomously
  • Adaptable to different working styles 
  • Discretion with confidential information
