The Service Desk Support will have a strong background in ICT and will provide an excellent customer service to all staff and clients. You will drive process within the business, and be a natural leader.

  • Provide first level advice and system support to all staff
  • Provide professional, responsive, timely and effective assistance
  • Effectively manage all requests through to completion
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of the system support
  • Assist in technical implementation of system support strategies
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of business activities

Skills & Experience: 

  • Proven experience working in a Helpdesk/Service Desk support role
  • Proven strong background in ICT
  • Hold a current National Police Clearance
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great people and customer service skills
  • Proven analytical ability to identify problems and develop and implement solutions
  • Great technical ability
  • Proactive and process driven
