About the role

The Recruitment Officer will undertake end to end recruitment activities in the selection of internal staff to ensure that the organisation has the necessary skills, knowledge and attributes to meet current and future strategic and operational requirements.


  • Write & post job advertisements
  • Shortlist & screen applicants
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Onboarding & induction of new staff
  • Preparation of contracts and correspondence
  • Arrange Pre-Employment medicals & Police clearances
  • Reference checking

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Recruitment Officer
  • Hold a current National Police Clearance
  • Willing to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical
  • Aged Care industry experience would be preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Able to manage you own workload and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Have your own car & a current Driver’s licence
  • Willing to travel to various sites around Adelaide
