Our client is seeking an experienced admin support person to assist their team in a busy role. You will be the first point of contact for the business in a customer facing role. The role will be 38 hours per week and there may be an opportunity for permanency for the right person!


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Switchboard operation and customer enquiries
  • Bank cash sales and debtors
  • Reconcile and collect outstanding accounts
  • Invoicing
  • Customer service and complaints
  • Mail preparation and general administrative duties


Skills & Experience: 

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Recent accounts experience
  • A pleasant welcoming phone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound computer and data entry skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry would be highly regarded
