Job Description

  • Multiple positions available

We're currently looking for expressions of interest from enthusiastic, proactive and experienced call centre switchboard operators. You will be working full-time casual hours and get to start immediately if successful! These are ongoing temp assignment located in the City fringe.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Responding to client queries within required time frames
  • Email Management
  • Daily communication 
  • Schedules and paperwork 
  • Admin as required 

Essential skills and experience required for this role:

  • Proven recent experience in a similar role
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Good communication skills 
  • A high level of professionalism 
  • Polished presentation

Must have all of the following;

  • DCSI - Aged Care
  • DCSI - Child Related
  • Current Police Clearance
