Job Description

We are currently seeking an understanding and resilient receptionist to assist our client in a near city location. You will have a positive and uplifting nature. You will also be used to working in a fast paced environment and will have the ability to multi-task and own the role. 

Your duties will include:

  • The first point of contact at the desk 
  • Meet and greet clients 
  • Book client appointments 
  • Answer and direct phone queries  
  • Process billing and payments 

Essential requirements:

  • Proven recent experience in a busy Reception role 
  • Hold a current police clearance or willing to obtain one
  • Able to take ownership of a role
  • Fast learner and able to multi-task 
  • Compassionate and Caring nature 
  • A high level of organisational skills
