We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced receptionists/administrators to assist our clients in and near city locations.

You will also be used to working in a fast paced environment and will have the ability to multi-task and own the role. 


Your duties will include:

  • General admin duties
  • Filing
  • PA/EA Cover when required 
  • Answer and direct phone queries 
  • Greeting clients 
  • Liaise with customers
  • Review and prepare relevant documentation

Essential requirements:

  • Proven recent administrative/reception experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Team player
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Available to start immediately 
  • Must hold a current police clearance or DCSI clearance
  • Fast learner and able to multi-task
