Reporting to the Head of Tax & Shared Services you will be accountable for managing all aspects of their payroll function as well as providing leadership to the payroll team and maximising efficiencies and effectiveness of the payroll system and processes.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide strong leadership and stakeholder focus, fostering a continuous improvement mindset
Provide expertise to management about matters relating to payroll policies, systems and procedures
Manage the maintenance, configuration and enhancement of payroll systems
Be aware of legislative changes and obligations to ensure appropriate governance and integrity of payroll processes
Skills & Experience:
You will be driven and passionate about process and outcomes
Proven recent experience as a Payroll Manager, with end to end payroll processing experience using CHRIS 21/SAP
Expertise in all statutory payroll requirements
Competent communicator at all levels
A customer service mindset with the ability to problem solve
