A newly created opportunity now exists within the Learning and Development Team, working alongside ICT and other key business stakeholders. The Digital Content Developer will be key in the designing and creating of content for a training platform purpose designed to deliver an array of digital training to multiple business units.
As a talented digital content creator with a flair for graphic design, you will be ICT savvy, ideally with experience or qualifications within training and/or assessment. You will be experienced in creating video content with a strong portfolio of previous content creation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Learning and Development team while working closely with ICT the key responsibilities of the successful applicant will include:
Working with subject matter experts to create, publish and maintain engaging digital training content
Liaise with key stakeholders to prioritise systems training content for critical business systems
Create content for training methods including e-learning, mobile learning, blended learning or instructor-led training
Utilise a combination of content creation packages to video, screen record, voice record, edit and publish training content
Design engaging communication content suitable for a diverse range of audiences
Inform employees of new or updated training content available via email, intranet, SMS, LinkedIn, website etc
Identify gaps in existing training material
Liaise with HR, payroll and business unit administrator teams to help determine useful training content for new starter onboarding
Support IT Project Managers and Business Analysts during the Go Live' stages of new business system implementation
Key requirements:
Experienced in creating video content with a strong portfolio of previous content creation projects
Previous experience creating engaging and graphically appealing communications
Experience creating learning/training videos is highly desirable
Demonstrated experience delivering software training would be highly regarded
Sound drafting and proof reading of company critical communications
Ability to understand the needs and requirements of the business and a diverse workforce
Experience using the latest tools such as Articulate, Camtasia and the Adobe CC suite or similar
Relevant training qualification is highly regarded and is a Diploma in Training and Assessment
Ability to liaise with key stakeholders
A strong understanding and interest of ICT and graphic design
Experience working within deadlines
