Duties
Maintain employee records within the HRMS and associated databases
Assist with recruitment processes, working closely with stakeholders
Update and maintain detailed recruitment documentation
Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff training
Participate in the drafting of new policies and procedures
Prepare and provide human resource related information when required
Participate in HR projects
Skills and experience
Certificate Qualifications in Human Resources - completed or working towards completion
Flexibility to take on tasks as they arise
Ability to work independently as well as contribute to the team
Experience in not for profit highly regarded
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
High level of initiative, integrity, and work ethic
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Clearances required:
Satisfactory Criminal History Check
