About the role

The HR Administrator is accountable to the Director of People & Performance and will undertake a range of day to day human resource administrative functions.


  • Assist with employment contracts and offer letters
  • Meeting arrangements
  • Minute taking
  • General administrative duties
  • Note taking

Skills and experience

  • Recent experience as a HR Administrator
  • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to HR policies and procedures
  • Hold a current National Police Clearance
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
