About the role

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Fleet Administrator will provide a high level of administrative and sales support to the team. You must be highly organised, have excellent time management skills and have the ability to multi task.
 

Duties

  • Monitor and process payment and renewals for vehicle registrations
  • Management of vehicle comprehensive insurance policies
  • Upload weekly Roadside assistance data
  • Ordering and assigning fuel cards and eTags
  • Transferring invoices to the Linkt account
  • Prepare vehicle tenders and quotations for Fleet Managers
  • Prepare maintenance agreements
  • Create novated driver welcome packs
  • Process vehicle contracts
     

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in a high-level admin support role
  • Experience using XERO or similar software
  • A high level of computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • A strong team player and able to work autonomously
  • Adaptable to different working styles 
  • Discretion with confidential information
