About the company

A Local Government office based in the inner eastern suburbs is seeking some assistance to cover an annual leave absence. You will be provided with a 2 week hand over with a start end of March until end of May 2020.

Duties will include

  • maintaining creditor accounts and ledgers
  • attending to creditor enquiries
  • reconciliations
  • preparing creditor payments and issuing purchase orders
  • maintain records in accordance with guidelines

Skills and experience

  • Accounts payable experience
  • Local Government or experience within a regulated sector
  • Hold or be willing to undertake a current National Police Clearance
  • Willing to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical
  • Experience with Tech One would be preferable but not essential
  • Able to manage you own workload and adhere to tight deadlines
