Duties & Responsibilities:
- Xero account management
- Invoice processing and monthly, quarterly reconciliation of accounts
- Generation of monthly client invoices
- Management of staff expense claims and billable expenses
- Payroll administration duties
- Identify and implement ways to automate the current admin function
- Be able to identify areas that are outdated with a roadmap to improvement
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant qualification in bookkeeping / accounting / administration is ideal
- Extensive experience with Xero
- Be a self-motivated individual with an ability to manage projects independently
- Initiative to take on responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft powerpoint, excel and word
- InDesign experience is desirable
